Ticket attributes

CATEGORY* - ticket classification. For a description of values, see https://docs.egi.eu/internal/helpdesk/user-guide/#ticket-categories

GROUP* - the group to which the ticket is assigned and that is responsible for resolving it. The GROUP is notified of all ticket updates.

OWNER

SITES - the NGI or ROC subgroup that is notified of the ticket and its update. The SITES field is only available if GROUP is NGI or ROC.

STATE* -

TIME OF ISSUE

NOTIFIED GROUPS / NOTIFIED USERS - recipients of a copy of the ticket update notification.

NOTIFICATION MODE - the frequency of ticket update notifications received by the ticket submitter. It does not affect values NOTIFIED GROUPS/NOTIFIED USERS/SUBSCRIBERS.

NOTIFICATIONS/SUBSCRIBE - button for quick user subscription to notifications about each ticket update. Quick subscription provides the same functionality as adding a user to the NOTIFIED USERS field.
